What is the difference between NOW, SAME DAY, and NIGHT?
NOW aims to deliver in approximately 1 hour between Vizela and Guimarães. SAME DAY also covers Braga and delivers on the same day. NIGHT operates between 10:00 PM and 06:00 AM.
How does night pricing work?
From 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM, the price corresponds to 200% of the daytime total (×2). From 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM, it corresponds to 300% (×3). This does not mean an additional 200% or 300% surcharge.
How is the distance calculated?
When choosing the pickup and delivery locations, we automatically calculate the estimated road distance between the centers of the locations. The first 15 km are included; beyond this limit, each started kilometer adds €0.69 before applying the night rate.
Can I choose a location that is not on the list?
Yes. Choose "Other city, town, or village" and type the location. FamilyVale will confirm coverage and the price before pickup.
Is the price shown final?
It is an estimate based on the indicated volume, kilometers, and time. The final amount and availability are confirmed via WhatsApp before pickup.
What volumes can be transported?
Documents and parcels up to 30 kg. Volumes between 20 and 30 kg, or requests outside the indicated limits, are subject to consultation.
