Sealed item or practically without marks, complete and with flawless functionality.
CONDITION 02
Very good
Minor signs of use, no significant defects, and well-presented.
CONDITION 03
Good / used
Visible wear, but functional. The value considers potential cleaning or preparation costs.
CONDITION 04
Broken / incomplete
Specific assessment, when there is a possibility of repair, salvage, or resale.
We also consider authenticity, origin, demand, warranty, documentation, accessories, transport costs, and the legislation applicable to each category.

Is the valuation free?
The initial valuation request is free and without obligation. If any additional service with a cost is necessary, the conditions will be communicated in advance.
How is the purchase price calculated?
We analyze market references for equivalent items, demand, condition, age, accessories, and costs required to prepare the item for resale. The proposal is individual and may differ from the price advertised between individuals.
Is the simulation value guaranteed?
No. The simulation is only guidance and does not represent a binding offer. The final value depends on the evaluation and confirmation of the item's features and condition.
Can I sell clothing or footwear from various brands?
Yes, subject to selection. We evaluate individual pieces and bundles, taking into account the brand, size, condition, season, demand, and resale potential. Not all items may be accepted.
Do you buy broken items?
Some items may be considered for repair or salvage, but it depends on the category and the cost of intervention. Always indicate known defects to receive an appropriate valuation.
Do I need to provide an invoice?
The invoice or other proof of origin is recommended and may be necessary depending on the item. We may request identification, documentation, or additional information to confirm ownership and legitimate origin.
Do you offer home collection?
Collection can be arranged depending on the location, dimensions, and service availability. Please send us your location and item details so we can review the options.
When will I receive payment?
Payment is arranged after the proposal is confirmed and the final verification of the item is completed. The method and timing will be agreed upon in advance, according to the applicable terms.
Which items are not accepted?
We do not accept items of illicit origin, counterfeits, dangerous goods, or items whose sale is prohibited. Other categories may be refused for reasons of safety, hygiene, condition, demand, or legal requirements.
