Creating an account or sending a proposal does not guarantee acceptance. No product is published without express validation from FamilyVale.
Prices and commissions
The creator presents their desired prices. Margins, commissions, logistics costs, and payment terms are agreed upon in writing before sales.
Quality and compliance
Products must meet applicable legal requirements. We may request information on materials, origin, safety, labeling, and documentation.
Stock, production, and deliveries
Available quantities, production lead times, storage, shipping, and responsibilities are defined according to the partnership model.
Invoicing and returns
The invoicing method, payments, and return management will be established in the agreement, respecting applicable legislation.
Rights and authenticity
The creator must own the necessary rights to the products, brands, photographs, and content they submit.

Do I need to have a company to apply?
You can submit your project regardless of your current status. Before starting sales, it will be necessary to define an appropriate legal and tax framework and the required invoicing documents.
Is there a cost to apply?
Initial application submission is free. Any commission, cost, or commercial condition will be presented and agreed upon before the partnership begins.
Do my products appear automatically in the store?
No. All proposals are reviewed by FamilyVale. Publication depends on express approval and the prior definition of commercial terms.
Can I produce only on demand?
Yes. Please indicate production lead times, customization options, and availability. Acceptance will depend on feasibility and the agreed-upon terms.
How are prices and commissions defined?
The creator presents the desired prices and FamilyVale reviews the proposal. The final price, margin, and sales method are defined by written agreement between the parties.
Can I send photographs of my products?
Yes. At this stage, please use a link to a catalog, portfolio, or shared folder. Direct file uploads and a vendor dashboard are part of a future service upgrade.
Do I have access to a dashboard to manage sales?
The program begins with manual application and validation. A vendor dashboard with product management, order tracking, and commission monitoring will be made available only once the necessary infrastructure is implemented.
Can FamilyVale handle deliveries?
It may be possible to integrate FamilyVale collection and delivery services, depending on location, product dimensions, availability, and agreed-upon terms.
